HomeTown Hero Homebuyer Program

The Florida Hometown Hero Homebuyer Program is a great opportunity for Florida residents who are first-time homebuyers, active or retired military, or first responders. This program offers up to $15,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance for eligible homebuyers.

The Program is available to those who serve or have served in the military, including active duty, reservists, veterans, or National Guard members. Additionally, first responders such as law enforcement, firefighters, paramedics, and emergency medical technicians are also eligible for this program.

To qualify for this program, homebuyers must meet certain income and credit requirements, and must purchase a home within a designated area of the state. The home must also be used as the primary residence.
